of the box or needing
return. Defective items may be returned
by calling our toll free number and getting a return
authorization.
Parts from the factory must be returned to the original factory. Parts
returned to the warehouse facility will not be guaranteed fast return.
Items that can be
serviced in the field with parts will take precedence
over trying to send a new piece over and over. Limited
warranty
implies we will fix and or repair any defective machine in the warranty
period of 1 year
from date of purchase. After warranty repairs and
parts are always available in stock for fast
shipping.
