 1. All shipping and orders must be paid 100% before any items can ship.
In the case of customers with large accounts we will waive this rule in good standing.

2. Free Shipping does NOT include sales tax and all taxes must be paid before shipping. If any sales tax is applicable for Illinois or other states required by law, we will ask for the sales tax once you have qualified for Free Shipping before any items ship.

3. Children’s Salon Equipment is NOT INCLUDED IN FREE SHIPPING!

4. Residential deliveries are not included in free shipping. We will get a reduced rate for clients at home but costs more due to liability of trucking in a residential neighborhood. Always ship to a business to avoid damages.

5. Shipping includes lift gate service to most addresses.
Addresses that are not easily accessible will incur $100.00 Additional charge for the service- IE-Malls & Inaccessible Shopping Centers-
UPS Charges these charges.

6. Returns For Items With Free Shipping Is The Customers Responsibility 100%.
All restocking fees and rules apply for items not in original packaging or opened.
30 Day simple returns allowed with proof of purchase and receipt.

7. It is the responsibility of the customer to accept delivery when the trucking company calls to deliver. Any missed appointments or re- delivery fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and American Beauty Equipment is not responsible for paying. There are NO exceptions.

8. Items must ship together for Free Shipping. No split shipments will be allowed.
